Half a Year!

Breck is officially 6 months old! I can't believe we are now closer to his first birthday than the day he was born, where has the time gone.?.?.

Words can not capture the amount of love I feel for this this one and how much more blessed our lives are because of him. Watching the wonder in his eyes, the love he has for his daddy and just his pure sweetness melts my heart every moment of everyday.

Overall, doing great. Actually funny, the pedi told us that soon he would be sitting unsupported and trying to pull up. We looked at him, smiled and then sat Breck on the bench by himself and then had him stand holding the table :o) Dr. Scott looked at us and all he said was "welllllll, o.k. then!"

What he has been up too.....

*Absolutley loves to flirt with any female that looks at him. Will come out with the biggest smile, hide his face, then look up and do it again.

*Switched to Oatmeal in place of Rice cereal and he L.O.V.E.S it! I think given the choice he would eat it at every meal.

*We started veggies this month. He started with carrots and loved them. We moved to green beans and he was ok with them, but really loves them better mixed with carrots. Next came squash and he was not a big fan. Stay tuned for next month will be peas, sweet potatos and then fruits.




*First "dinner date" with my friend Peyton



*He has gotten into a great daytime/nighttime routine with the switch of solid foods.
~up at 6:30 (only because we have to leave for ms amy's house)
~eats an 8oz bottle at 7am
~gets johnny and jared off to school
~nap between 8:30am and 9am, sleeps for 45minutes
~eats oatmeal about 10am, so happy!
~plays, plays, plays
~6oz bottle about 11:45/12pm
~down for a nap within 15minutes of lunch and asleep anywhere from 1.5hours to 2.5hours!
~veggie when he wakes up
~play,play,play, mommy comes home from work,play,play,play
~4-5oz bottle about 4:45pm
~play, take a long walk, play
~6:30pm eats oatmeal mixed with a veggie
~play, read
~bathtime about 7/7:15pm
~jammies, 8oz bottle and in bed between 7:45 and 8pm
~sleeping through the night

*Sits by himself in the bathtub now and trys to stand up in the tub and we are working very hard to keep is little booty down, talk about a scared mommy and daddy!

*Figured out that he loves to stand up! He is VERY strong and I know as soon as he figures out that he can step forward, he will be off!

*Wearing 6-9months clothes (next to him is a 3-6month outfit)

*If I kiss his cheeks, he turns his head and try's to kiss me back (so cute, hopefully we can get it on video soon)

*Loves to watch Stanley and Cooper and try to get them


*Loves Reading and Playing





*3rd tooth popped the gum and would you believe we then find 4 and 5 trying to come through!!! The top left tooth and the right eye tooth. Come out, Come out
*Is not a fan of rolling over!
*Loves to jump up and down
